Energy Assistance Program (EAP): Offers qualified residential customers a 25% discount on their monthly costs.
Project EASE: Provides short-term emergency assistance to residential customers.
Note: Customers who are already receiving the 25% discount under EAP no longer qualify for Project EASE assistance.

To demonstrate eligibility, you will need to show proof of income for all adults permanently residing in the household and provide supporting documentation.
