To help slow the spread of the virus and limit the risk of our own employees, many of our employees are being asked to work from home. Please be aware that our response times to your inquiries may be slower as a result.

  • AMP has closed its Service Center at 2000 Grand Street to the public. We encourage individuals to try to conduct their business via email/phones or website.
  • For the fastest level of service, we strongly encourage you to access your account online at myaccount.alamedamp.com or by calling AMP’s automated phone service at 510-748-3900. Both services are available 24/7 for account inquiries and credit/debit card payments. You may also drop your payment in the payment box in AMP’s Service Center parking lot.
