Two Outages in Alameda on November 30, 2011
Strong winds contributed to causing two power outages in Alameda the night of November 30, 2011. The first outage of the eveving occurred at 8:35 PM on Wednesday, November 30th, affecting approximately 3,400 customers. Power was restored at 8:57 PM in the Alameda (Willow, north and south, and east to Park and west to Union). AMP crews trimmed tree branches from overhead lines and took other corrective action to restore power. A second smaller outage occurred at 10:30 PM, affecting the 600 and 700 block of Pacific and the 1700 block of Webster. About 100 customers were affected. Power was restored at 11:50 PM.
