AMP Offers Workshop on Staying Warm and Saving Energy

ALAMEDA, Calif. — Alameda Municipal Power (AMP) is hosting a heating workshop on Nov. 16 to help Alamedans stay warm and save energy at home this winter. Attendees will come away from the workshop with retrofitting tips, inexpensive options for keeping warm, and an understanding of how heating works in their homes.

Participants will also learn how to take advantage of home-improvement rebates. A representative from Energy Upgrade California will be available at the workshop to answer questions on rebates.
