Notice: Due to Governor Newsom’s  Executive Order N-29-20, Board members can attend the meeting via teleconference. Members of the public can follow the meeting via web (https://bit.ly/3DZrQ7X) and teleconference (+1 510-358-3865 Conference ID: 415 381 365#) and address the Public Utilities Board during the meeting via email (pub@alamedamp.com)  or via live comments during the web/teleconference. I. By Motion, (1) Approve Confirmation No. 0226 and Task Order Through the Northern California Power Agency Support Services Program to Establish a One-Year Agreement with Cooper Compliance for an Amount Not to Exceed $55,000 to Provide Regulatory Compliance Administrative Services, and (2) Delegate authority to the General Manager to Negotiate and Execute an Amendment to Confirmation No. 0226 and Task Order through the Northern California Power Agency Support Services Program to Extend the Regulatory Compliance Administrative Services Agreement and with Cooper Compliance through October 16, 2025 and increase the compensation by $125,000 for a Total Amount Not-To-Exceed $180,000.

J. By Motion, Authorize the General Manager to Issue Purchase Orders to Howard Industries, Inc., in an Amount Not to Exceed $8,100 and to Hitachi ABB Power Grids in an Amount Not to Exceed $65,100 per Material Specification No. MS 05-18-01.

By Motion, Authorize the General Manager to Amend the Current Services Agreements with (1) Landis+Gyr Technology Inc. to Extend the Term by Five Years and Increase the Compensation by $249,151 for a Total Agreement Amount Not-to-Exceed $6,403,400, (2) Harris Utilities to Extend the Term by Five Years and Increase the Compensation by $291,388 for a Total Agreement Amount Not-to-Exceed $997,698, and (3) Smart Energy Systems LLC to Extend the Term By One Year With No Change in Compensation, in Order to Continue the Operating Services and Maintenance for the Core Advanced Metering Infrastructure Technology Systems

L. By Motion, Requiring Four-Fifths Vote, Delegate Authority to the General Manager to Sole Source the Purchase of Landis+Gyr Advanced Metering Infrastructure Meter Equipment from Carlson Sales Metering Solutions, LLC in an Amount Not to Exceed $32,900.
