Alameda Municipal Power has transitioned to a new online customer portal. We have made many enhancements to provide a better user experience including expanded payment options, paperless billing, and online auto payments.
Customers who had existing online accounts will need to re-register for online access to your account. Customers previously registered with the old portal should have received an email with the information needed to re-register. You can also find information on a previous bill to re-register your online account.
Customers who have not previously registered to manage their account online can do so now. Information needed to create an online account can be found on a recent bill.
You will no longer be able to access your account from our previous online portal. To activate your online access to your account, visit AMP's new Customer Portal at https://myamp.alamedamp.com.
