To access your online account, or register a new account for the first time, visit our online customer portal.

*AMP is transitioning to a new online customer portal. Starting at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27, you will no longer be able to access your account from our previous online portal. The new portal will be available on Wednesday, September 28 at 12:00 p.m.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Required Information

To start service, the following information is required for all responsible persons on the account:

  • Email address
  • Employer's name, address, and telephone number
  • Name, service address, and home telephone number
  • Reference (friend or relative) name and telephone number
  • Social security number (required - not a credit check)
  • Spouse/roommate information, if applicable
  • If renting, landlord's name and telephone

Fees

  • An Account Establishment Fee of $15 will be assessed at sign-up and will appear on the first bill.
  • We may require a deposit if personal or employment information is incomplete or where there is a history of late payments.
  • New commercial accounts will be charged a minimum $300 deposit which will be included in the first bill. The deposit is based on twice the monthly average bill of a similar business.
