Multi-Family Residential Service
Applicability
This schedule is applicable to service for domestic power service supplied to multi-family accommodations through one master meter on a single premise. This schedule is closed to new installations.

State and Local Taxes
To the above charges will be added any applicable state and local taxes (refer to Rider UUT and Rider ERS for current tax rates) and charges for the state solar PV program (refer to Rider PV).
Definitions and Special Conditions
- RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS
It is the responsibility of the customer to advise AMP within 15 days following any change in the number of dwelling units wired for service. - MISCELLANEOUS LOADS
Miscellaneous electrical loads such as general lighting, laundry rooms, general maintenance, and other similar usage incidental to the operation of the premises as a multi-family accommodation will be considered as domestic usage, billed under this tariff, where there is only one meter on the premises. - BASELINE RATES
Baseline rates are applicable only to residential usage billed under a residential rate schedule. - DISTRIBUTION CHARGE
The charge for low voltage delivery of electric power at the local level, including billing and metering costs. - PUBLIC PURPOSE CHARGE
The California state-mandated charge supporting funding of energy efficiency, new renewable resources, low income and research and development programs. - GENERATION CHARGE
Charge recovering the cost of providing energy supply including generation and transmission costs. - TIER I (BASELINE) & TIER II (101-130% of BASELINE) QUANTITIES

All usage in excess of Tier II will be billed at the Tier III rate. - SEASONAL RATE CHANGES
Summer and winter Tier I and Tier II (Baseline) quantities will normally be billed without seasonal proration for six consecutive billing periods starting with the beginning of the May and November billing cycles, respectively. - MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE
Monthly charges shall not be less than $5.00 per dwelling unit. - RULES and REGULATIONS
Other conditions, as specified in AMP's Rules and Regulations, shall apply to this electric rate schedule.
