General Service - Demand Metered
Applicability
This schedule is applicable to 115 kV service to the Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) Combustion Turbine Installation pursuant to agreement between Alameda Municipal Power (AMP) and NCPA.

State and Local Taxes
To the above charges will be added any applicable state and local taxes (refer to Rider ERS for current tax rate) and charges for the state solar PV program (refer to Rider PV).
Definitions and Special Conditions
- METERED DEMAND
The Metered Demand in any month is the maximum average power taken per meter during any 15-minute interval in the month, provided that, in case the load is intermittent or subject to violent fluctuations, AMP may use a 5-minute instead of a 15-minute interval. - DISTRIBUTION CHARGE
The charge for delivery of electric power at the local level, including billing and metering costs. - PUBLIC PURPOSE CHARGE
The California state-mandated charge supporting funding of energy efficiency, new renewable resources, low-income, and research and development programs. - GENERATION CHARGE
Charge recovering the cost of providing energy supply including generation and transmission costs. - PRIMARY VOLTAGE DISCOUNT
A voltage discount of 4.5% will be applied to all charges except taxes provided delivery continues to be made from AMP's 115 kV distribution line. - POWER FACTOR
Charges for any month as computed above will be adjusted for the power factor according to Rider PF. - RULES and REGULATIONS:
Other conditions, as specified in AMP's Rules and Regulations, shall apply to this rate schedule.
