Starting and Stopping Service

AMP requires each prospective customer to complete an application in person or by telephone.The following information is required for all responsible persons on the account

  • The name, service address and home telephone number
  • Social security number (required - not a credit check)
  • Employer’s name, address and telephone number
  • Reference (friend or relative) name and telephone number
  • Email address (required to set up online bill payment)
  • *required for any spouse/roommate who will be residing at the service address
Fees:
  • Account establishment fee of $10 will be assessed at sign-up and will appear on the first bill.
  • We may require a deposit if personal or employment information is incomplete, or where there is a history of late payments.

Stopping Service

If you wish to stop service at a your current address, or close your account, you can call us during business hours at the number below and speak to a customer service representative. We will need your name, the service address, telephone number, and a forwarding address for your final bill.
