AMP’s Project EASE (Energy Assistance through Supportive Efforts) provides short-term emergency assistance to residential customers who are unable to pay their electric bill and are at risk of having their power turned off.
It is intended to help after all other resources have been expended. This program matches the customer's payment up to $200 within a 3 year period.
